I opened my Mac library on a Windows machine, but all my smart collection based on keywords were gone. Also when I click on the "keywords" button on the bottom of the program, a long list of keywords that were NOT the ones I assigned to my papers appeared. On the Mac version, I have self-assigned keywords to each paper, but the windows version doesn't seem to recognize that. Help!

   That indeed doesn't sound too good, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! I am passing your message on to Jim, our Windows expert, and we will try to figure out what is happening on your end. In the mean time, could you take a screenshot of your keywords screen you are referring to and any other screenshot that will help us better understand what is going on?
