Papers for Windows, Incompatible with XP?

Hi there,

Is Papers for Windows incompatible with windows XP? Papers crashes upon nearly every search and import task I give it. Unfortunately my institution uninstalls windows 7 from all new machines and puts on windows XP. Any insight is appreciated! Thanks! :)

   Hi Logan,

   Thank you for trying out Papers for windows! No it is NOT incompatible with XP. However, for us to find out what is happening it would be very helpful to get your Papers.osl file and ANY crash reports that Papers is outputting. You will find your .osl file in C:\Users\YOUR_Name\AppData\Roaming\Mekentosj\Papers2

   You will also see files starting with "CrashLog-" in this folder. Could you send us all of these please?

   Hi Manuel

   If you can upload the files in C:\Documents and Settings<username>\Application Data\Mekentosj\Papers2\papers.osl and any files called CrashLog*.log in that directory, it will help me figure out this issue.

    Hi Jim,

    This problem still happens.
    I can not find neither this \Papers2 folder at my PC nor any file with .osl
    extension or CrashLog*.log .

    Does the Papers prerelease 2 update that we posted yesterday solve the crashes?
